SATISFACTION GUARANTEED
- TURN AROUND: Varies
depending on item, quantity and season. Generally 1-2 weeks, occasionally
longer. Rush orders are excepted and we are mindful of deadlines.
- ORDERS: An order is not considered
complete until all artwork, PO, and payment is received. Telephone
orders should preferably be followed with a fax or mailed hard
copy.
- CAMERA READY ART: Email artwork
to orders@gbow.com.
All art must be camera ready and to size or larger, no half tones.
Artwork of 96dpi or higher is preferred. No photoshop or illustrator
files. First time setup is $35.00 per logo, per size, and $17.50
for re-orders. Personalized names must be typed and provided at
the time the order is placed. If modification or manipulation
of the art is required, the hourly charge is $35.00 with a minimum
of one hour.
- PRICES: FOB Denver and are
NET.
- SHIPPING/HANDLING: FedEx Ground
or USPS, unless otherwise specified.
- TERMS: All new accounts are
on a Prepay basis, either by check or Visa/MC. Terms are 1% 10,
Net 30 for accounts on credit.
- CREDIT: After your second full
order in a 12 month period, you may apply for terms. Please send
bank and four trade references with addresses, contact phone and
fax numbers. Our credit form must be completed and the guaranty
must be signed. It generally takes 3-6 weeks to process an application.
To remain an active account, two orders must be placed within
a calendar year.

- TRADE MARKED, COPYRIGHTED AND PATENT
PENDING: Each item will be laser carved with "GBOW,
GFG INC., PATENT PENDING" and any logos required
by our licensers. All of the balls have Patents Pending and are
Copyrighted. GBOW and "Great Balls of Wood" are trademarks.
- HAND-CRAFTED: Each ball is
hand-crafted from hardwood. Variations in size and color reflect
the substance of the wood, its grain and growth rings, and cannot
be controlled by us. GFG guarantees all its products to be free
from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year
from the date of shipment. Of course, natural characteristics
found in wood such as pin knots, mineral streaks, burls and grain
patterns are part of woods' natural beauty and are not considered
to be defects unless specifically noted by GFG. The natural tendency
of wood to expand and contract due to environmental changes is
considered normal and not covered by warranty.
- ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
1. A second side logo (or sweet spot
logo on baseballs or softballs) may be added to a baseball, football,
softball, volleyball, tennis ball or hockey puck for $2.50 run
charge per ball and $35.00 setup for the logo.

*Names must be typed and signed on white
paper with a thin black Sharpie felt pen when submitted.
3. WIN/LOSS scores for a YEAR/GAME: $1.50 per line run
charge, no setup.
4. Stand name plate can be individualized with up to four lines,
21 characters and spaces per line, for $1.50, with no setup.
5. A baseball stand with brass rods (like the football stand)
is available for an additional $0.75 each.
6. A stand in the shape of a home plate is available for the baseballs
at an additional $0.75 each.
7. Limited editions are available for every product at an additional
$1.00 per unit. (1 of 250, 2 of 250 etc.)
8. LICENSING RULES prevent our adding another company's logo,
unless specific permission in writing has been received from the
appropriate Licensing authority. However, custom nameplates are
available for the stands.
9. No returns on customized items.
